Hi ya! I'm Sally
Officially, I am an Owner/Director alongside Janey and Lara, but we felt these titles were a little formal, so we created ones specific to our roles. My role as 'Setting Manager' means I oversee all the 'goings on' of Clocktower (the children related bit!) which means I get to spend lots of time with all the children - monitoring their development and supporting our staff team.
I am very proud of our two nationally recognised achievements; we are a 'Sun Safe' nursery - accredited by Skcin, and in 2017 were also awarded 'Millie's Mark' (which means we go over and above our statutory requirements in keeping children safe).
All of our staff hold a clear, Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check and full 12 hour Paediatric First Aid training.
I pride myself on forming great relationships with everybody at Clocktower - with the staff, children and their families, and I really genuinely enjoy getting up for work in the mornings! I love seeing the children learning through their play and I particularly enjoy getting them all outside in the fresh air as much as possible.
